Campus Housing

Your residential experience at Limestone is an important part of your college life. You’ll be part of a supportive community that you can call home during these significant years in your life. You’ll also have peace of mind knowing that we take your safety and well-being very seriously and have processes in place to ensure that Limestone is a safe and welcoming place.

Housing policy stipulates that all unmarried, first and second-year students who are under the age of 21 at the time of enrollment and who do not live with parent(s) or legal guardian(s) within 50 mile radius of the University, are required to live in campus housing for the fall and spring semesters. The only exceptions to the preceding requirement are for those students who are non-traditional students, 退伍军人, and transfer students who have been out of high school one year or more. 为了获得豁免, the student must obtain approval from the Director of Residence Life and Housing. Transfer Students are not considered first-year students. Transfer students are housed on a space availability basis.

To be eligible to reside in campus housing, the student must be enrolled in full-time academic course work at the start of the semester (minimum of 12 semester hours). Exceptions must be approved by the Director of Residence Life and Housing. If the student’s enrollment status changes to part-time status, 大学有这个权利, 但不是义务, 终止房屋协议.
